Step 3 - Material Selections
Harbour & Stone supplies most construction materials, including all waterproofing, substrates, and installation components.
You’ll provide the finish materials — such as tile, fixtures, and vanities — using a curated shopping list we prepare for you. This ensures you get exactly the look and quality you want before the project begins.
Step 4 - Preparation & Protection
Before any work starts, your home is carefully protected.Floors, pathways, and surrounding areas are covered, and debris management is planned to keep dust and disruption to a minimum.
Step 5 - Construction
Your bathroom is built with precision using premium systems like Schluter. Work progresses steadily each day, and you’re welcome to check in as much or as little as you’d like.
Because sub-trades are rarely needed, the entire renovation stays on schedule and fully under control.
Step 6 - Completion & Clean-up
Once all finishing touches are complete, the entire space is cleaned, inspected, and handed over in move-in-ready condition — no loose ends, no lingering mess.
